The purpose of setting goals is the trigger actionable steps in the direction we wish to go… to guide new behaviors, create habits, gain momentum.

We have to figure out who we want to be. Then align our goals to become that person. Our habits ultimately determine who we become in life.

Your goals should be SMART

-Those with written goals are three times more successful than those with unwritten goals.

Even if you don’t ALWAYS hit your goals… (spoiler alert: you won’t as an imperfect human) …

Remember that it simply makes room for learning and growth.

Simply re-evaluate and adjust.

  1. Find a way that works best for you to organize your goals.

  2. Keep in a place you will see them frequently.

  3. Set deadlines.

  4. Surround yourself with positivity and continuously work on having a growth mindset.

  5. Find a way to hold yourself accountable to those goals.

  6. Know that failing is apart of the journey to success.

  7. Only focus on what you can control and also how you react or your attitude towards what you can’t control.

I encourage you to use your Sunday’s to reflect on how the last week went and how you would like the next week to go. Then set goals accordingly.
