I’m broke & I don’t have the money!

Are you sure?

-Amazon prime impulse spending

-Hair, nails, makeup, weaves, & wigs

-Scammy weight loss products of waist wraps, shakes, pills, & creams

-Impulse Target shopping

-Shein clothing hauls


Your problem is that you don’t really see the value in yourself & health

or

You don’t truly believe you can accomplish your dream body

BUT if you don’t make time and financial room for your health,

you WILL be forced to pay for the illness later.


If you continue to eat the average American diet,

You will be diagnosed with the average American preventable diseases.

Heavy on the “preventable”.


What can you do?

🔥Realize where you will be 1, 2, even 5 years from now if your current behaviors continue

🔥Reach out for help, having accountability & coaching is key


What about the money?


✅ go on a 30-90 day spend freeze from impulse buying

✅ do a financial audit and get rid of things that can wait

✅ save money from takeout food and expensive coffee that isn’t serving you or

adding years to your life

✅ side gig to generate more income (Uber, door dash etc.

✅ Sell something or somethings already in the house…


💥we can’t take material things to grave with us… why not focus on adding more quality years to your life💥


Trust me when I say I speak from experience that I had to ask myself, if I can spend money on XY&Z, isn’t my health worth so much more??? (Last year Amazon Prime got over $10k from me…not to mention the money I spend on hair and makeup 🙈🙈)
