Hated postpartum shopping

Postpartum, I hated being in the dressing room shopping for bigger clothes.

Because for one ☝️, I didn’t even know I needed bigger clothes after having my 1st baby. I thought I’d still fit the small & mediums. So it was a total shock factor.

Sound familar? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️👇🏽

Loose skin, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, & the size large was all new to me after being used to smalls and mediums.

Abdominal muscle separation almost diastasis recti. Loss of muscle definition in my abs was all new.

Multiple types of breast shape changes was new…lol

What I didn't know at the time was that so much of your body will go back to normal or close to it with patience.

It took a year [almost] to create a human life & it will take about that same time to see the changes you want to see in your body.

The same applies to your fitness journey too.

So many are looking for that quick fix

on their postpartum journey, but one of the best things you can do for yourself is commit a full 12 months to going

all in on your postpartum fitness journey.
