Exhausted &then some

Today I’m just so EXHAUSTED!

So tired I could cry! 😭

This has been an on going issue for me even when I was young…

So many factors play a role in this for me…


-Being a night owl living in an “early bird gets the worm” world

-Insomnia meds that don’t always wear off when I want them too

-Low iron

-Low vitamin D

-No sunshine in Ohio this time of year (doom & gloom) lol

-My heart ♥️ being in overdrive due to other meds I take

-Being a mom of two

-Dog mom of three

-Struggling to feed & hydrate myself until late in the day, sometimes leading to low blood sugar

-Not always getting good quality sleep having insomnia

-& so much more


But you know what…


It would be that much worse if I didn’t change what I can control thru my health and fitness journey…


-Getting in good quality Whole Foods to nourish my body

-Conditioning my heart ♥️ & body with cardio

-Building strength & endurance with heavy weight lifting

-Making sure I take my supplements each day…

-Shifting my mindset to positivity each day with a morning routine filled with gratitude &faith


so while online coaches aren’t as perfect as people think…

& we still have daily struggles too…


Things are always that much better when you do your best to take care of your mind and body…

give it the fighting chance it deserves…


Yesterday in fact I did have to rest before I did my cardio…

but guess what? I did it…

I took the resting period I needed to take then took care of bizness.


& that’s what I’m encouraging you to do…

I’m encouraging you not to quit when things get hard…

I’m encouraging you to LEARN HOW TO REST, not quit 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🔥♥️
